The minimum age to rent with Green Light is typically 20 years old, depending on the vehicle category. Drivers under 25 may be subject to a young-driver fee, and some larger or specialty vehicles require you to be at least 25. A valid driver's license held for at least one year is required. Please contact us if you are unsure which cars you qualify for.
We accept major credit cards such as Visa and Mastercard for both the rental payment and the security deposit. The cardholder must be present at pickup and match the main driver's name. Some prepaid or virtual cards may not be accepted for the deposit. Cash alone is not accepted for the security hold.
Yes. A refundable security deposit is authorized on a credit card at pickup. The amount depends on the vehicle category and the insurance cover you choose. The hold is released after the car is returned in good condition, subject to your bank's processing times.
Yes, subject to availability. Contact us as early as possible by phone or email with your booking reference and the new return date. We will confirm the updated rate and send a revised confirmation. Extensions requested after the original return time may not always be possible.
International travelers should bring a credit card in the main driver's name for the security deposit. Debit cards are generally not accepted for the deposit hold, even if they can be used for the rental charge in some cases. We recommend confirming accepted cards with us before travel.
Yes. One-way rentals between our pickup and drop-off locations are available on selected vehicles. A one-way fee may apply depending on the route. Choose different pickup and return locations when you search, or contact us to arrange a custom drop-off.
Yes. A valid foreign driver's license is accepted when presented with your passport. An International Driving Permit (IDP) is recommended if your license is not in Latin characters. The license must be valid for the full rental period and held for at least one year.
After-hours returns can be arranged in advance. We will share drop-off instructions, including where to park and how to leave the keys securely. Out-of-hours fees may apply depending on the location and time. Always confirm the plan with us before your return day.
